They used what paperwork was still good from the purchase deal, so my paperwork burden was negligible; Updated paystub type stuff. This was super awesome, and a welcome respite from the buying process requirements. The short time between purchase and refinance is what made this possible. 2. The optimizations we made during the purchase paid off exactly as expected, better than. This time around we optimized for different circumstances. We used some proceeds from our previous property to optimize a few factors in specific ways; It’s been 9 months and it has paid off exactly as expected, better even. They used what paperwork was still good from the purchase deal, so my paperwork burden was negligible; Updated paystub type stuff. This was super awesome, and a welcome respite from the buying process requirements. The short time between purchase and refinance is what made this possible. 2. The optimizations we made during the purchase paid off exactly as expected, better than. This time around we optimized for different circumstances. We used some proceeds from our previous property to optimize a few factors in specific ways; It’s been 9 months and it has paid off exactly as expected, better even. This time those factors were rate and short term economic uncertainty. The rate was perfectly timed and at no time was anyone pushy or rushed. 3. Again they worked around my schedule, came to my house to sign which I greatly appreciated since we have twin newborns. It was very easy to move quickly because we had established trust and mutual respect. And a bonus: Between our purchase and refinance Joey had improved the security of his systems to ensure they remain ahead of the industry (they already were).
