"Worked with Michael and his team on getting VA loan on our second home and the experience was exceptional. Michael worked with us on closing our loan with the best rate in the market and he got it to close in two weeks! I was quite shocked and thankful. As long as you provide him with documents he needs the will get it to close in a timely manner he promised. I shopped around with three different lenders and his rate beats everyone else. On the day of closing, our realtor commented I have worked in this field for over twenty years and I have never seen something like this! Unfortunately I’m unable to leave a second distinct review so I’ll just have to describe it here. Main takeaway: The same experience except we didn’t have any dependencies since it was a refinance. Innovation Mortgage took full advantage of this and moved quickly upon request once I contacted them. I’d like to highlight 3 things: 1. They used what paperwork was still good from the purchase deal, so my paperwork burden was negligible; Updated paystub type stuff. This was super awesome, and a welcome respite from the buying process requirements. The short time between purchase and refinance is what made this possible. 2. The optimizations we made during the purchase paid off exactly as expected, better than. This time around we optimized for different circumstances. We used some proceeds from our previous property to optimize a few factors in specific ways; It’s been 9 months and it has paid off exactly as expected, better even. This time those factors were rate and short term economic uncertainty. The rate was perfectly timed and at no time was anyone pushy or rushed. 3.
